Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of the mixed race family of South London in England. Both her parents were both English. Her family was in the South London Council Estate, and then was a student at The Brit School aged 14. She graduated with a BA in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She appeared in many performances on stage during her time at school, including the King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her acting career in the movie Storm Damage. She's appeared as a guest on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. The following year, she played Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she was a part of Trexx as Ollie as well as six episodes of Flipside. Madekwe played Bambi as Bambi in The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 comedy film How to Lose Friends & Get People to Leave. Theatre credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe made her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show ran just two episodes at The CW, and was then cancelled. The actress was selected in February 2011 as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series of Revenge on ABC in two episodes. In May 2013 that she was set to leave the series after making a guest episode in the very first series of the 3rd. She played Tituba in the show Salem between 2014 and. Then, in June of 2012 the actress got married to her long-time partner actor Iddo Goldberg. Apart from Secret Diary of a Call Girl they have also worked together on Salem and also he played an appearance with her on that TV show.

Ashley Leggat, an actress that was nominated two times for a Gemini Award, comes from the large Hamilton family. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty and four older brothers -Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's brothers, who are all athletic, played baseball during the summer and played hockey during winter. Ashley was unable to walk, but was able to dance. In the end, as she grew older, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley developed a passion for dancing when she began Baby Ballet. Ashley was a competitive dancer throughout the various divisions until she finished high school. The competitions she participated in included jazz, tap, ballet as well as pointe and the acrobatics. Top soloists at important competitions like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
